Responsibilities:
- Act as the ambassador between business needs and the technology group, by translating business needs into structured user stories as actionable units of work for multiple technology teams.
- Deliver and launch scalable, customer-obsessed features, workflows, and products.
- Develop product roadmaps and business plans; define and prioritize product requirements, features and functionality.
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to develop new ideas and tests to improve the user experience.
Minimum qualifications:
- Proficient with Agile/Scrum development workflow.
- 3+ years of Product Management experience.
- Experience taking products from ideation, piloting the products using A/B testing and leading full-scale launches, and rollouts of the products.
- Strong communicator with excellent people skills to interact with various teams inside the company, clients, and vendors.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Ability to take initiative, work independently, and deliver results.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in English, written and verbal.
