Responsibilities:
- Perform manual testing.
- Idenitify potential issues, bugs.
- Work closely with development and business teams to communicate problem impacts.
- Help to define product acceptance criteria.
- Define and continuously adjust QA methodology (example: types of errors, penalties, QA workflow).
- Write concise and comprehensive technical documentation.
Minimum qualifications:
- Passion for quality, exceptional attention to detail.
- 1+ year working experience in the software manual testing and have good knowledge of QA methodology and tools.
- Ability to understand and execute test cases.
- Strong work ethic, integrity, and desire to succeed.
- Excellent English-language oral and written communications skills.
Preferred qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. You'll be expected to write clear and well-constructed bug reports, test cases, and documentation. You'll also be expected to spot typographic and grammatical errors.
- Experience with any form of test automation is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of programming.
