Responsibilities:
- Lead full cycle of recruiting: composing job descriptions, screening resumes, identifying and approaching potential candidates, conducting phone and in-person interviews, and extending job offers.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to communicate updates on recruiting efforts and hiring needs.
- Work cross-functionally with HR, IT, Compensation, and other groups.
- Ensure candidates have a positive experience.
Minimum qualifications:
- Experience partnering with engineering leaders to drive recruitment processes.
- Excellent interviewing, networking, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Excellent communications skills - Ability to communicate with candidates and management.
Preferred qualifications:
- A general understanding of different fields of the IT industry with a grasp on software engineering and technical concepts.
