Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Responsibilities:
  • Lead full cycle of recruiting: composing job descriptions, screening resumes, identifying and approaching potential candidates, conducting phone and in-person interviews, and extending job offers.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to communicate updates on recruiting efforts and hiring needs.
  • Work cross-functionally with HR, IT, Compensation, and other groups.
  • Ensure candidates have a positive experience.
Minimum qualifications:
  • Experience partnering with engineering leaders to drive recruitment processes.
  • Excellent interviewing, networking, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Excellent communications skills - Ability to communicate with candidates and management.
Preferred qualifications:
  • A general understanding of different fields of the IT industry with a grasp on software engineering and technical concepts.
