Responsibilities:
  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets and objectives.
  • Build and nurture strategic partnerships and relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
  • Lead negotiations and close business deals, ensuring win-win conditions.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports and recommendations to senior management.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs.
Minimum qualifications:
  • Proven track record in business development, sales, or a related role, with a focus on generating revenue and driving growth.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred qualifications:
  • An understanding of different fields of the IT industry and software development process.
